- Reports to P&E Manager
- Quotation calling and price comparison for all M&E works
- Prepare & submit VOs to M & E Consultant / Client
- Monitor M & E subcontractors’ progress payment
- Prepare Bills of Quantities for M & E subcontractors’
- Prepare subcontract agreements
- Do measurements
- Review letter of appointments and contract drawings
- Final Account with subcontractor
Job requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in M&E or a Survey related Certificate
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in high rise building project
- Able to work under pressure, team player and good interpersonal skills
- 5.5 working days
