Job Brief

We are looking for an F&B Manager to run our F&B Operations. You are the Ambassador of the Crown Coffee brand and will be responsible in leading the team to deliver exceptional customer experience and upholding the café standards.

You will be familiar with the café story and will share with our customers regarding the different product descriptions and upsell whenever possible. Good knowledge of coffee is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all F&B operations (Bytes Station hybrid food stall/ takeaway concept and central kitchen), including closing down and setting up of outlets
  • Product R&D on coffee and non-coffee beverages for ELLA The Robot Barista
  • Oversee food menu creation with the chefs
  • Oversee quality control for all outlets
  • Manage inventory procurement and ensure accurate stock take
  • Prepare sales, inventory, and other reports for submission to management
  • Manage product cost control and pricing
  • Manage compliance with F&B hygiene policies and procedures
  • Facilitate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure a great customer experience
  • Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service
  • Responsible and be able to direct hire, train, and schedule service personnel
  • Execute marketing and promotional activities as required
  • Manage events at our outlets
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management

Education & Experience:

  • Min. Diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of relevant experience in F&B Operations
  • Demonstrated experience in store operations, inventory management and report updates to Management
  • Good leadership, performance management, coaching and problem-solving skills
  • Regional/ International F&B experience in setting up franchises, brick and mortal stores, or e-commerce advantegeous
