Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of special projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives
- Facilitate cross-market collaboration, communication and strategic initiatives implementation between Regional teams and local markets
- Manage transformation projects across multiple departments, working in tandem with key stakeholders to achieve project objectives
- Lead the preparation of project status reports, including progress, issues, and risks
- Develop comprehensive change management plans that include communication, risks mitigation, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Engage with C-Level / senior leadership within Shopee to drive key agenda and initiatives
- Analyse key business performance indicators and innovate or re-engineer processes based on industry best practices and our accelerators
- Supervise and lead project teams by providing direction, motivation, and support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a management consulting firm
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in medium to large-scale project management and delivery
- Have experience working with top management will be an added advantage
- Substantial exposure to the consumer technology sector or marketing function will be an added advantage
- Outstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and project management expertise
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Willingness to rotate and relocate will be an added advantage
