Responsibilities:
- Manage & grow existing accounts to deliver results.
- Identify clients’ requirements and propose internal capabilities and resources to meet clients’ needs.
- Participate in end-to-end request for quotation/RFQ process.
- Liaise closely and build strategic relationships with client stakeholders.
- Response to all client-related matters, from contractual agreements, solutions implementation and service performance, to service enhancements and key account business opportunities.
- Perform and plan necessary reviews
- Create growth plans for the assigned key accounts.
Requirements:
- Experiences in Freight Forward in Seafreight, RFQ, Tender & quotation is a must.
- Good understanding of logistics, freight or supply chain industries and their capabilities.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Process-orientation, analytical skills and business acumen.
