Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
1. Franchise Management
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the selection and onboarding of new franchisees
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines
2. Operational Strategy and Execution
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity
- Collaborate with the leadership team to set and achieve operational objectives
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization
3. Supply Chain Optimization
Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to improve cost-effectiveness
4. Quality Control and Quality Management
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor quality control measures for products and services
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Address and resolve any issues related to product quality promptly
5. Customer Experience Enhancement
Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement initiatives to enhance customer experience
- Monitor service speed and accuracy to meet customer expectations
- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements accordingly
6. Collaboration with Executives and Employees
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with other executives/stakeholders to align strategies and goals
- Foster a collaborative culture among cross-functional teams
- Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments
- Team collaboration and satisfaction
7. Key Performance Indicators Monitoring
Responsibilities:
- Establish a regular review process for relevant KPIs
- Analyze data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement
- Implement corrective actions based on KPI analysis
8. Growth Initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful rollout of new products or services
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for expansion into new markets
- Collaborate with marketing and innovation teams to drive growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 20 years of proven experience in executive leadership roles within the F&B and FMCG businesses
- Experience working within the Asia Pacific region
- Must be willing to travel and relocate for extended period
