- Working Hour: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm

The Talent
- Have at least 4 years of experience as a business analyst
- Have strong agile project skills, preferably as a scrum master.
- Have hands-on testing skills, including database testing and query writing
- Experience in Jira or Jira Xray
- Experience with data models and SQL
- Be proactive, committed, and result-oriented
- Have knowledge of IT system development and implementation life cycle
The Job
- Responsible for the functional knowledge of the business processes and requirements.
- Liaise with business stakeholders for clarification and understanding of their needs and expectations.
- Manage workshops with business users to challenge the requirements or explain new solutions that meet their objectives.
- Analyze functional impacts of the proposed changes considering technical constraints with the help of technical lead.
- Explain and work closely with the developers for the implementation of the changes or evolutions in the system.
- Responsible for the functional testing of the development work and ensuring the quality and accuracy of the deliverables.
- Create tests and define tests strategy in coordination with developers and business users.
