Responsibilities:
- Enrollment Management:Process student registrations, withdrawals, and transfers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date enrollment records.
- Communication:Liaise with students, instructors, and other stakeholders regarding course details, schedules, and any changes.
Respond promptly to inquiries and provide support through various communication channels.
- Support Services:Assist students with course-related inquiries, technical issues, and general support.
Organize and facilitate help sessions or tutorials as needed.
- Record Keeping:Maintain organized records of student enrolments, attendance and assessments. Archieving of all records on a timely and organised manner.
Generate reports for management and regulatory purposes.
- Logistics:Coordinate logistical aspects of in-person courses, including room assignments, materials distribution, and scheduling.
Ensure all necessary resources are available for successful course delivery.
- Scheduling:Plan and coordinate course schedules, considering instructor availability, student needs, and any external constraints.
Manage any changes to the schedule and communicate updates effectively.
- Technology Management:Oversee technical aspects of course delivery, including the learning management system (LMS) and other online platforms.
Collaborate with IT to address technical issues and ensure a smooth learning experience.
