Job Description
- Analyse current and future business needs and recommend new initiatives and processes to ensure continuous improvements in team’s objectives, productivity and development
- Partner with leaders and line managers to provide thought and solutions in day-to-day people matters and long-term organisation plans in the following domains: recruitment planning, career planning, talent management, learning and development, coaching, compensation and rewards, employee relations, recognition programs, and strategic development
- Ensure high level of employee engagement through effective monitoring of the “pulse” of the employees
- Manage complex HR initiatives at both hands-on and strategic levels to deliver best-in-class HR programs
- Manage employee relations and performance-related discussions and challenges with relevant teams and leaders
- Champion and incorporate our culture and values in all aspects of our work
- Manage a team of high performing individuals to achieve and execute business plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of HR related experience in preferably technology or internet industry. Out of which, some experience in a HR Business Partnering role is required
- Experience in partnering with Regional teams is required
- Experience in managing a team of functional experts to deliver projects and business needs
- Strong ability to apply strategic thinking to quickly evaluate situations, combining strong business judgement and people intuition to reach well-founded decisions
- Ability to work at pace while maintaining close attention to detail and high standards
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment
