This advertisement is for recruiting position of Admin Assistant cum Receptionist.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to a MOE Primary located in Bukit Purmei Ave.
Contract Period: From 01 Mar 2024 to 28 Feb 2025
Option Year: From 01 Mar 2025 to 28 Feb 2026
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, inclusive of ½ hour lunch break
- Fridays: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, inclusive of ½ hour lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
The Services required are set out as follows:
- Customer Service at the front desk which includes but not limited to;
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Attend to phone and walk-in enquiries; and
- Take messages.
- Caring for students.
- Attend to students in the sick bay.
- Contact parents when required; and
- Coordinating early dismissal of students.
- Assist in admin duties:
- Data entry.
- Printing of worksheets.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Receives mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries. delivers or distributes items received; and
- Any other duties as assigned by the school.
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Minimum Qualification:
- Full GCE’N’,’O’ or Nitec Certificate or its equivalent
Other requirements preferred:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
- Good verbal communication and inter-personal skills;
- Bilingual (English and Mandarin) preferred;
- Excellent organisation skills
