✔ No minimum experience is required
✔ Basic knowledge and understanding of Financial Statement
✔ Handling full set of account and able to prepare financial statement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support for the sales team
- Process new applications and credit rating renewal with basic analysis
- Support credit department documentations
- Process and Input data-entry for Loan Applications
- Consolidate monthly report
- Tracking/ updating/processing of Invoice, Sales agreements and end of lease maturity contract
- Coordinating and liaising with Vendor or customer for enquiry on payment and invoices
- Oversee admin paperwork and filling
- Coordinate with account department for payment
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent degree
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Financial Statement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work under pressure in fast paced environment
