Job Scope:-
- Response to customer reported fault and/or requested service through on site visit or remote programming/reftification
- Carried out faulty items vertification before final RMA
- Assist in projects such as project management, installation, integration, configuration, analysis of possible solution, preventive-maintenance and third party testing as well as carried-out demo
- Perform day-to-day telephony support function for customer locally as well as regional offices
- Provide support backup to contact centre activities as well as maintaining technical interface relationship with vendor/supplier
- Perform preventive maintenance for customer as allocated and scheduled.
- Daily liaison with networking team to ensure telephony configurations are edequate and appropriate.
Reguirements:
- ITE & above
- Good technical analysis as well as interpersonal communication skill
- Entry level also acceptable
