Job requirements

  • Experience in F&B, especially in bakery, pastry and speciality coffee establishment is a plus.
  • Team player, must be able to support in all areas of the cafe.
  • Good communication skills, spoken and written English.
  • Must be responsible, motivated and have a positive attitude.

Job functions

  • Be able to carry out daily operations, opening and closing of the store.
  • Ensure efficient and friendly customer service.
  • Be able to take personal and corporate orders, delivery orders, advise customers on products, coordinate with kitchen to ensure smooth operation.
  • Communicate with guest and be able to answer all queries.
  • Maintain high level of store cleanliness and appearance.
  • Prepare hot and cold drinks.
  • Handle sales transactions.
  • Keep track of personal and corporate orders, delivery orders, advise customers on products, coordinate with kitchen to ensure smooth operation.
  • Keeping track of supplies for both front and back of house, liasing with all suppliers.
