Salling Search is recruiting for a Corporate Finance Executive/Assistant Manager for our client.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide documentation support for financing and banking matters
- Administrative assistance in executing treasury operations
- Administrative assistance in vessel insurance matters
- Serve as a liaison in corporate communications with external parties
- Support marketing media channels and manage corporate events
- Required to handle payroll for 70 office staff and 200 foreign workers
- Ensuring compliance with MOM regulations

Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience (preferably with a financial institution)
- Possess at least a Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
