Responsibilities:
1. Monitor real-time security operations at overseas IDC, including personnel and asset surveillance. Respond promptly to security incidents, coordinate, and follow up on incident handling to ensure stable, secure, and efficient overseas data center operations.
2. Develop and optimize operational management standard procedures, and establish the framework for IDC security operation management systems. Enhance the standardization of global data center operations.
3. Oversee the construction of the IDC alarm, incident, risk, and drill management system. Drive execution through data-driven approaches, and facilitate the evolution towards automation and intelligence.
4. Collaborate in optimizing the security operation management platform, contributing to the development of automation tools for centralized and refined management of global IDC.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for a major in computer/electronics.
2. Over 2 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating operational and management expertise in large-scale security service projects.
3. Familiarity with security incident emergency response processes. Ability to track, analyze, handle, and resolve various security issues and incidents. Understanding of relevant security standards, regulations, and security systems.
4. Preferably with a background in the security industry or a large security services company.
5. Proficient in both Chinese and English languages.
