Responsibilities:
1)Industry Familiarity:
Understand and have experience in the boomlift, scissorlift, or MEWP industry and forklift industry.
2)Customer Management:
Manage existing customers and dealers through calls and visits.
Handle customer inquiries and quotations.
3)Business Development:
Reach out to new clients for long-term business opportunities.
4)Sales Support:
Provide sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
5)Financial Management:
Monitor sales collections, manage debtor receivables, and handle invoicing.
6)Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate deliveries and manage damage claims with customers.
7)Sales Opportunities:
Identify new sales opportunities through calling, networking, and social media.
Qualifications:
-At least two years of experience in the MEWP, scissorlift, boomlift or forklift industry.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
-Familiarity with industry-related sales and operations.
-Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
