Job Responsibilities

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices, and implement innovative ideas to drive marketing effectiveness.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and media outlets to maximize marketing opportunities.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing or in a similar role, preferably in the same industry or sector.
- Strong understanding of business development strategies, sales techniques, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Proficient in Chinese language
