DescriptionLead a finance team in overseeing and managing the financial functions, including financial and management reporting, as well as treasury management.Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and thoroughness of financial reporting and transactions.Manage and comply with reporting obligations from headquarters and regulatory bodies.Direct, coordinate, and develop quarterly rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and 5-year projections.Provide financial advisory services and insights to business units to facilitate well-informed decision-making.Prepare and deliver monthly business reviews.Engage in ERP system migration/system enhancement projects.Establish and improve financial controls while embracing best practices.Review and authorize financial transactions as required.Undertake any ad-hoc assignments and projects.
ProfileBachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance, ACCAAt least 12 years of work experience, preferably in the Food service or Food manufacturing industry.Demonstrate a successful track record in leading an accounting and FP&A team.Possess strong analytical abilities, a strategic mindset, and planning skills to meet dynamic business requirements and reporting timelines.Display excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI or other data analytics and visualization tools is advantageous.Proficient in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Docs, and other common office tools.Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamic 365 and Oracle Hyperion systems is beneficial.
