Job Title: Murex Back Office Business Analyst Key responsibilities include: As a Murex Business Analyst, you are responsible for the delivery of strategic projects and change/enhancement implementation for the bank's treasury division. You will get to work with various teams from Operations and Static data maintenance users, Development Leads to Project Managers. You will also function as a member of the Back-Office stream and ensure that all developments and requirements are delivered and tested within the committed timelines. Critical Success Factors: Preferably 3 years of experience in the financial industry on treasury products on MUREX (v3), with relevant experience in business analysis and project implementationHas good design, and troubleshooting skills for Trade Event, confirmation, settlement, fixing, netting, SSI, OSP, Swift etc.Strong understanding of Validation, Confirmation and Payment concepts of any of the treasury productsExperienced and familiar in: Swift and Paper confirmation. Understanding of various Swift formats.Workflows - Contract/ Deliverable / Event / ExchangeNostro Security ModuleStatic Data - Counterparty, Bonds, Settlement Instructions etc.Analyzing and assisting in interfaces with downstream systemsUnderstanding of Front to back Trade Life CycleFamiliarity with FX, IR, Equity and Credit Derivative productsGood written and communication skills Good to have: Ability to prepare the test cases based on user requirements and take the lead/assist in execution of those and to get user signoffs based on thatMurex 3.1 Architecture is an added advantageEffective team player with excellent communication & inter-personal skillsStrong problem solver who can question and understand proposed solutions and business drivers.
