Key responsibilities: Perform trade operations such as trade processing, clearing and settlements and reconciliation for derivative products Ensure trades are booked and settled accurately and timely for processing Perform trade, position and cash reconciliation and resolve any discrepancies Ensure timely settlements and ensure the operations process is smooth Liaise with stakeholders or counterparties on trade operations issues Work together with team members to identify process improvement areas and contribute to process automation and efficiency Participate in operations project when necessary Key requirements At least 4 years of Operations, Middle Office experience such as trade operations, settlement, reconciliations etc Experience in brokerage houses with Exchange Clearing Membership is an advantage Good product knowledge such as Exchange Traded Futures, OTC Margin Forex, and other derivatives products Meticulous, good communication and problem solving skills Motivated, good team player and positive mindset Interested parties please send your resume to Loretta Chan at [email protected] Regrettably only shortlisted candidates will be contacted EA License Number: 20C0180| Registration no: R1876188
