Key responsibilities: Cover a full spectrum of HR functions including compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, HR framework and policies, employee onboarding and recruitment etc Work with Business Partners to proactively provide professional HR advice and solutions to them Identify human resources needs for the firm and provide support to the business Implement HR policy and ensure it is compliance with business needs and local legal requirements Communicate with business lines to update them the latest human resources trends and practice in the market Maintain employee data and documents in system and other HR related tasks when necessarily Key requirements: At least 4 years of HR experience in the financial services industry, such as brokerage, securities trading or other financial services sector A good all-rounded experience in human resources Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge in employment ordinance and regulations Proactive, responsible, a team player whilst able to work independently Interested parties please send your resume to Loretta Chan at [email protected] Regrettably only shortlisted candidates will be contacted EA License Number: 20C0180| Registration no: R1876188
