About the Role Responsible for analyzing claims data and producing insights to support business needs Leverage on data mining skills to prepare KPIs for reporting and drive insights. Monitor and report operational performance metrics via dashboard. Retrieve, analyse and summarise operations and customer data and develop business intelligence to optimize efficiency of Claims processes. Communicate and present findings to management via slides and oral presentation, and provide insights to enable informed management decisions. Build relationship with team leads and work with them to address issues and provide data support. Finetune and maintain database for development of key metrics. Apply programs such as SQL and Tableau, in analysing and summarizing data insights to explain variances and trends for business solutions.
