We are in search of a Boutique Supervisor to join our Maison and play a pivotal role in contributing to the success of our brand. The incubment will also serve as the Ambassador of the Maison, actively contributing to the achievements of the boutique and leading by example. Leveraging your extensive experience, you will lead, engage, and coach your team, fostering the attainment of sales goals and ensuring the delivery of the highest level of client experience. You will embody the Maison's values and maintain a positive attitude towards both clients and team members.



Boutique Commercial Performances: Drive the Boutique Performances

  • Establish individual and team goals and conduct a thorough performance analysis, reviewing competencies and the environment to define dynamic action plans for achieving Maison, boutique, and category sales targets
  • Proactively assess and monitor performance against expectations.
  • Find solutions and explorenew ways to engage the commercial team to meet Boutique short and mid-term goals.
  • Provide feedback to boutique and office teams, creating a strong connection with office Managers (product performance, quality, client-related information, local market, competitors, trends).
  • Generate enthusiasm for all product categories.
  • Oversee all client flows during your duty, ensuring that client experience, waiting time, and satisfaction meet Maison's standards.
  • Supervise all staff and serve as a role model, supporting client interactions when required and assisting Sales Associates on duty when necessary.
  • Act as the first line for troubleshooting and promptly escalate any issues to the management team as relevant.
  • Ensure efficient sales floor management to maximize business opportunities, being a visible presence and providing support to all team members.
  • Ensure the proper execution of all Maison's policies, procedures, and compliance-related activities
  • Promote knowledge and adoption of new services in an effective way.
  • Foster a client-centric mindset within the boutique.
  • Be responsible for the operational rollout of all clienteling activities for the team.
  • Engage and support team members in building a client action plan.
  • Assist boutique leadership in monitoring the ROI for client relationship programs and actions.
  • Oversee daily briefings and maintain clear communication with the team on duty, participating in team engagement around the strategy and vision of the Maison.
  • Participate and provide feedback during evaluations of individual performance for each team member.
  • Assist the management team in identifying the skills and competencies required for recruitment and development.
  • Be responsible for on-the-spot coaching, ensuring that all sales associates' interactions meet Cartier standards.


Requirements

  • Possess 5 years of luxury retail experience with a good track record of handling high end clients and boutique operations.
  • Intrapreneurial and innovative mindset with strong proactivity and creativity
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with an understanding of retail productivity levers
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills to organize, animate and grow a large team with genuine values of inclusivity and trust.
