Purpose of Job:
- Care for cancer patients within the Social Service Centre (SSC) according to 365CPS’ mission and values
- Facilitate the smooth running of activities in the SSC
- Provide administrative support to the running of SSC activities
Key responsibility areas:
- Patient Care
• Attend to clients in the SSC with mindfulness of their needs in terms of diet and rest
• Encourage clients’ participation in SSC activities
• Reach out to new clients, including referrals and self-registered cases - SSC Activity Management
• Assist in the running and supervision of activities in the SSC
• Coordinate volunteer support in running DAC activities
• Engage with activity facilitators and participants to gather feedback
• Publicise and raise awareness of SSC activities
• Recommend improvement to SSC activities - SSC Administrative Support
• Follow up with absent clients to understand their needs and provide better support
• Prepare a weekly report on client activity within the SSC
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in events-organising
- GCE O-Level and above
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
