The Singapore office, with 3 offices across the city, is seeking talents to join our young and vibrant team in our expansion project.
Responsibilities:
· Manage day to day Import or Export (scheduled rotation) operations
· Planning and liaising with other departments for smooth operations
· Drive continuous improvement of our operations in line with internal protocols
· Ensure full compliance with customs and airport regulations
· Monitor and supervise team of executives
· Hands-on in full scope of airfreight operations
· Accomplish ad-hoc tasks
· Providing excellent pre- and post-customer service
· Display high level of professionalism and work ethics
Requirements:
· Knowledge in CCN/ Customs Regulations will be added advantage
· Knowledge in Valuable Cargo will be added advantage
· Experience in international movements of cargo, freight forwarding or logistics industry will be added advantage
· At least 5 year’s relevant experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
· Good command of written and spoken English
· Strong interpersonal skills
