Responsibilities:
- Assist CEO on all commercial, procurement and contractual matters for the operation of power plant and mine.
- Perform commercial review on new tender, contracts or contracts’ amendment and make recommendation to the CEO.
- Undertake financial analysis and review on historical performance and projection of the company.
- Responsible for review of all project reports.
- Involve in the commercial meeting with project stakeholders.
- To undertake specific task under the instruction of CEO
Requirements:
- Master degree in Engineering / Business / Finance
- Minimum 10 years of related working experience, hands on leader and result oriented
- Able to manage across different cultures with good communication skills;
- Proven relevant international track record preferably in power / infrastructure sector;
- Proficiency in spoken & written English and Chinese (Mandarin) where need to liaising with China stakeholder.
