Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operation in support of Sales teams including but not limited to order acknowledgement, processing quotations, Purchase Order, Sales order, coordinate shipping, invoice preparation etc
- To liaise and coordinate to customer’s request or delivery promptly
- To provide good support and customer service to existing customers, effectively communicating with customers in friendly manner, resolving any issues that arise professionally
- Handle walk-in customer and phone enquiries
- General sales administrative duties such as filing
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager and management
Requirements
- Min Nitec or GCE ‘O’ Level
- Knowledge in using Oracle SAP is an added advantage
- Possess good working attitude and have strong sense of responsibility
- Resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Mature, independent and willing to work under limited supervision
- Must be positive and have initiative to solve problems
- Able to start work immediately or at a short notice is an added advantage.
