HR Duties:
- Conduct recruitment effort for all vacancies and in charge of related matters pertaining to new employee orientations & documentations etc.
- Be responsible for generating and upkeep of documentations relating to Human Resource Executive.(Staff P-Files )
- Handle employee on boarding and off boarding
- Calculating employee overtime
- Manage the leave, claims & payroll modules in Human Resource Software.
- Assist in preparing & maintaining the Employee Handbook, Organization Chart and Employee Directory etc.
- Be in charge of insurance matters of staff which includes document submissions, follow-ups with insurer etc.
- Apply training course to employee
- Assist in the management of staff welfare functions (i.e. events, trainings etc.)
- Assist with office administration–including pantry management, procuring office supplies or furniture, invoice management etc.
- Communicate with staffs on human resource and administrative functions.
- Answering enquires from employees.
- Stay updated with MOM guidelines and COVID regulations, and ensure the office is compliant with the most updated regulations.
- Application, Renewal and Cancellation MOM work pass
- Perform any ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
Selection Criteria and Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent working experience as a HR/Admin Executive
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess good understanding of employment law and processes
- Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory board’s regulations.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines.
- Able to start work on short notice
