- Position: Café chef (6 Days/Takashimaya) – Up to Gross $3500
- Location: Orchard – Takashimaya
- Working Hours: 6 Days Shift Rostering | 9.5hrs per day (not including meal break)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3000 Basic + Fixed OT + $100 Incentives* + $100 - $500 Target Incentives + Variable Bonus + Medical, Dental, Performance Bonus, Complimentary Company Products, Staff Discounts, 10-16 days Annual Leave, Birthday Off, Free staff meal

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes, including breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, soups, pastries, and other cafe specialties.
- Monitor food quality and taste to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Create innovative and appealing menus that cater to diverse customer preferences and dietary requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of food inventory, track stock levels, and anticipate ingredient needs.
- Adhere to proper cooking techniques, food handling procedures, and health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Chef in a cafe or similar food establishment.
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and food preparation.
- Ability to create and execute creative and appealing menus.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking associates
