Job Role
This position is responsible for applying technical competence, along with a brand-aligned customer experience, that delivers first time product service resolution to our customers as per operational service standards.
Specific Responsibilities
The individual will be involved to:
- Keep current with knowledge of all products and their technical capabilities through training, service manuals and other available content.
- Ensure service van is continuously stocked with spare part inventory to enable first time service resolution.
- Accurately evaluates product faults to determine the cause of repair work and its estimated cost to the customer.
- Repair product faults and ensures full and final test of product to assure first time, quality resolution
- Perform product installations and changeovers as per planned requirements.
Competencies
1) Minimum NITEC Built Environment/Electrical/Mechanical with HVAC knowledge
2) Experience in installation, repair of kitchen appliances a great advantage.
3) Basic wireless knowledge and computer network.
3) Able to read, write and communicate in English
4) Troubleshooting skills
5) Possess Class 3 driving license
