Your role
We’re looking for someone like that to:
– review and process incoming documents/static requests for clients
– provide client advisors support with document/static requests management
– ensure that the document/static requests records correspond with data in the system
– offer advice and support to client advisors and middle office (e.g., Legal and Compliance) when carrying out administrative tasks in connection with client care, like blocking of accounts, temporary unblocking review, client attributes static changes and internal account static changes
You have:
– a university degree in business or engineering, preferably with some programing experiences.
You are:
– a self-starter who can work well with minimal supervision
– methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail
– comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
– a strong communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
– results-oriented worker, with the ability to set priorities
