Salary: UP to $2800

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:45pm

Location: Kaki Bukit (East)

Perks: AWS + Variable Bonus (Depending on company's progress)


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain precise records of all procurement documents for suppliers, subcontractors, service providers, and the warehouse.
  • Supervise the evaluation and reporting of approved vendor and service provider performance.
  • Implement supply chain procedures, including the issuance of purchase orders and managing shipment clearances as required.
  • Keep all reports, documents, and filing systems current.
  • Generate and compile monthly reports on inventory and procurement.

Requirements

  • Minimum diploma qualification in Business Studies/Administration or its equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of work experience is required.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Excel and SAP.
