Job Description
- Manage and collaborate with a team of sales representatives / dealers to achieve sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction expectations
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the sales operation processes.
- Prepare and develop department meeting, reviews, annual plans, long term plans, and ongoing customer profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing plan to create market awareness and drive revenue
- Develop and maintain relationships with our existing and new customers / dealers
- Analyse industry trend, market developments and competitor activity
- Any other ad-hoc duty assigned by management
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Engineering or relevant discipline is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in automotive / commercial vehicles industry
- Minimum a valid class 3 driving license
- Possess own vehicle
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a team player
- Strong passion to provide exceptional customer service level
