JOB DESCRIPTION

Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

International Growth Team (IGT) helps customers and Google realize the full potential of international growth across Google Ads. We're a global team composed of experienced Strategy Consultants, Consultative Sellers and Operations Experts. We pride ourselves on our deep knowledge across industries, geographies and products. Qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop high-touch relationships to serve as a trusted consultant with major international customers to fuel their advertising growth.
  • Understand your customers’ objectives, and help them achieve these by developing forward-thinking, data-driven export sales recommendations and by educating them on wider export-related topics and opportunities.
  • Identify high-impact export opportunities based on existing frameworks and tools, and develop new ideas and approaches to drive export growth for your assigned portfolio.
  • Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end support from expansion strategy to campaign execution.
  • Participate and lead external workshops and trainings to educate customers beyond your assigned portfolio on export opportunities & strategies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital advertising, consulting, or related fields.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Vietnamese fluently to engage and support English and Vietnamese-speaking customers.
  • Experience working with international markets, or managing relationships with multinational clients

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • MBA or advanced professional degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated strength in communicating with and aligning multiple stakeholders internally and externally to defined goals and deliverables.
  • Experience selling to or consulting with app developers & companies; familiarity with gaming app monetization and marketing strategy.
  • Experience of thought leadership in applying data driven models that have had a tangible impact on marketing operations across international markets.
  • Experience building an international business, including developing and executing international expansion plans and working in multiple countries and cultures.
