Job Description:
- To perform general administrative duties related to the day-to-day operations of school and company.
- Ensure compliance of SOPs, manage and administer the operational workflows and procedures of the school and company to ensure a consistently high level of efficiency.
- Managing general administrative duties and phone/email queries from school or parents.
- Assist in the operations and logistical necessities of Company, school and relevant stakeholders.
- To prepare and consolidate data for reporting purpose when required.
- Coordinate staff function in support of operations on the school campus ground floor.
- To manage daily transport operational duties and ensure all activities are carry out within schedule.
- To review schedule and routing when needed in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Manage and lead out bus crews to provide caring, reliable and safe bus services, including safety compliance, training of bus crews, and the physical set up of the bus bay where needed to support our smooth operations.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O levels or A level
- Specialized in Clerical/Administrative support or equivalent
- Candidate with customer service experience will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications especially MS Excel skills
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to respond to daily operational contingencies effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy managing people and able to interact well with staff of all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong work ethics, team player, detailed and meticulous
- Team player with positive working attitude
- Able to start work at short notice
- Working location: Tampines and Dover Road
