Lead the operations initiatives to advance and implement tools, platforms and programs to drive operational excellence in all the stores.
Implement solutions and/or ensure stores' adherence to brand guidelines for operations and assist in achieving business and people goals aligned with Company's goal.
- Develops operation strategies, implementation of operations policies and procedures, strict adherence to Brands guidelines for store to achieve each store's financial, operational, and customer-service goals, while addressing each store's unique strengths and challenges.
- Ensures operations policies and procedures are consistently executed to deliver on service to consumers.
- Defines and measures business goals (adopt retail metrics) to drive success across Company’s portfolio of stores in Singapore & Malaysia.
- Serves as a resource, provides expertise on operations issues across all doors.
- Applies organization skills to improve efficiency and accomplish operational goals for all doors in the portfolio.
- Continuous process improvement initiatives that reduce cost of operations while improving service level and productivity.
Marketing
- Oversee and provide guidance to marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning, and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for Company
- Ensure marketing strategies ties back to driving sales and overall business profitability.
Training
- Oversee training department activity progression, results, and future needs.
- Ensure the training department meets quarterly Product and Sales training calendars and follow-up are executed given timeline.
- Align Training goals to drive sales and overall business profitability.
Visual Merchandising
- Oversee Visual Merchandising department for Stores ensuring all visual display for all stores, maintain & upkeep in-store displays to ensure pleasant and attractive shopping environment for the brand.
- Lead Visual merchandising department and develop Visual strategies to drive top line sales and overall business profitability.
