Incentive of performance bonus up to 1 month basic salary subject to reporting manager’s appraisal

This is a delivery cum support role, working on Control-M operations with the infrastructure delivery and support teams. You will execute daily Control-M operational activities as well as implementations in technical customer engagements including basic infrastructure operations and administration, specific implementation projects and/or proof-of-concepts in the infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Control-M delivery roles and successes in implementation discussions, hands-on experience with good client handling skills and good team player within the team. The candidate should also be able to provide solutions and technical expertise to fellow team members and in client accounts.
Responsibilities
- Apply Control-M technical knowledge, hands-on and customer insights to operate and administrate in both cloud (private and/or public) and on-premise infrastructure.
- Ensure all Control-M configurations conform to high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment, aligning to design documentation specifications.
- Ability to codify or implement/deploy Control-M configurations with the principles of automation by default in new projects with proper documentations will be advantageous.
- Ability to codify or maintain infrastructure systems in an automated fashion using tools such as but not limited to Ctrl-M, Ansible, Terraform etc with proper documentation will be advantageous
- Collaborate with team members to engage clients in operational meetings, discussions, process betterment and contribute to optimisations for the client’s environment.
- Maintain technical skills, certifications and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community specifically in the infrastructure.
- Ability to resolve issues with proper resolution/documentation technically and SLAs is required for this role.

Professional Experience
At least 5 years of successes in Control-M operational/administration and Control-M deployment / migration infrastructure projects.

- Collaboration and Communication. Acknowledged helping to provide solutions to issues collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with proper follow up and closure.
Technical Experience
Strong technical experience with cloud infrastructures, migrations, and technology management preferred
1. Must be able to perform Control-M Administrative activities involving:
- a. Agent on-boarding on Windows and Linux platform
- b. Control-M Env Configuration – Windows Servers and MSSQL DB
- c. Monitor Housekeeping jobs and Control-M Server resources.
- d. Configure/Update authorisation profile (RBAC)
- e. Configure/Update Calanders, Workload policies, Site standards.
- f. Support maintenance activities like OS patching and DR activity
- g. Troubleshooting issues and provide RCA, involve vendor if required.
2. Should have good knowledge on Control-M Application HA and DR setup.
3. Will be responsible to perform job configuration inline to site-standards and naming convention.
4. Provide consultation to application team to address there scheduling requirements.
5. Should be well worse with change life cycle and Jira.
6. Should provide inputs to documentation like – TDS, OPS Guide etc.
7. Mitigate security risk highlighted by VA scan.
8. Conduct KT session for customer
9. Should have good knowledge of Linux and windows platform
Certifications
- BMC Ctrl-M Certified Associate, BMC Ctrl-M Certified Fundamentals, BMC Ctrl-M Certified Professional
- Vmware Certified Technical Associate and/or VMware Certified Professional will be desirable.
