Job Description:
- Recommend suitable eyewear to customers with relevant product knowledge
- Provide good customer service and handle customers’ queries
- Manage outlet inventory including receiving and stocking of eyewear, barcode tagging, and annual stock take
- Manage sales transactions by processing payment in cash or credit and issue receipts
- Maintain the outlet cleanliness and tidiness at all times
- Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Branch Manager
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic and friendly with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
- Previous retail optical sales experience and familiarity with cash register and POS system will be advantageous
- On-the-job training will be provided
