Qualifications and Profile
· At least 7 years of business analyst experience
· Experience on Agile projects (Preferably as a Scrum Master) is strongly preferred
· Hands on testing process (writing, executing and monitoring test)
· Database testing with query writing for data comparison
· Strong analytic skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Proactive and result oriented
· Sense of commitment
· Knowledge of all phases of IT system development and implementation life cycle
· Exposure on Agile and Waterfall project methodology
· Capable to effectively interact with Business team
· Capable to effectively interact with Technical team
· Team spirit - Like to explain and share knowledge
· Proactive with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Technical
· Technical experience or background to be comfortable with data models and SQL
· Experience with JIRA & JIRA XRAY
· Optional experience on API testing
Functional
· Financial/banking industry knowledge
· Specific knowledge in regulatory frameworks and requirements (Basel committee)
· Nice to have: Agile scrum master or project management certification
