- Position : Events Coordinator or Executive (FUN ENVIRONMENT/ Creative /dynamic )
- Location : Office: Boon Lay -event site Islandwide
- Working hours : 5.5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM, Saturdays: half day
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3700 + Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical +Dental

Responsibilities:
- Close & manage accounts
- Correspond with clients & internal departments
- Plan events & procure necessities from vendors
- Event logistics preparation & inventory management
- Event set up & recovery
- Coordinate & execute event on-site
- Brief & manage part-timers
- Administrative duties & other matters required
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant events experience preferred • Knowledge & interest in wine & spirits preferred
- Able to handle alcohol products & various brands concurrently
- Sociable & outgoing- able to work well in a people-facing setting
- Responsible, meticulous & a problem-solver with initiative
- Comfortable with hands-on working environment (involves physical work, conducting outdoor events, event set-up and tear-down etc)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients who can only speak mandarin.
