Job description
- Manage 3 outlets that encompass retailing of skin care products and provision of facial treatment services.
- Oversee outlet sales, operations, marketing and processes with a view to growing revenues.
- Lead, manage and motivate a team of customer service consultants and therapists to achieve their goals.
- Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and coaching on an ongoing basis. Implement measures to improve performance measures.
- Maintain effective communications with management to ensure smooth and compliant operations of all outlets.
- Work closely with the outlets on the execution of sale and promotional activities.
- Handle customers' feedback/complaints, provide service recovery effectively. •
- Periodically review, maintain and update policies. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in supervising and managing retail and/or salon outlets.
- Strongly oriented to revenue and growth while maintaining strong commitment to ethical practices.
- Capable of building team spirits across various outlets, manage sales, operations and simultaneously meet customer satisfaction. •
- RWilling to attend to urgent matter during retail hours.
