· Work closely with HR for digitalization and transformation of information system across all departments.
· Involve in full project lifecycle, from implementation to post Go-live support.
· Participate actively in working groups, collaborating with project members in the HRIS implementation project.
· Involve in data migration activities from on premise to Success Factors.
· Develop reports; perform complex data manipulation and aggregation of data from multiple HR data sources.
· Build automated solutions that improve efficiency and productivity while reducing defects.
· Partner with IT and other cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless automation.
· Explore and drive adoption of information system across the HR department.
· Play the role of a Change Agent to streamline and optimize HR processes through the use of technology.
· Perform post-implementation support including troubleshooting, system re-configuration and adjustments as and when required.
· Monitoring and supervision of the Systems Department.
· Oversees full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, performance and talent management, recruitment and training and development.
· Responsible for the full-cycle of recruitment processes and employee on-boarding/off-boarding activities
· Organize and support employee engagement and welfare activities
· Support key compensation and benefit activities such as Salary Increment, Performance Bonus, Promotion and Manpower Budgeting exercise
· Oversees and carry out the daily HR administrative and operational works.
· Formalizing of policies relating to IT, Planning & Implementation and IT related projects.
· Act as point person for upgrades/releases, fixes, testing and other projects as assigned.
· Provide ongoing support for daily user issues.
· Minimum Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline.
· Minimum 10 years’ experience in Information systems working for construction sector/industry.
