Job Requirements
- Possess a diploma or above in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or related studies in the built environment discipline (Degree recognized by PE Board is an advantage)
- At least 2-4 years of working experience in structural steel works, reinforced concrete works, architectural works, MEP works, roof paneling works, glass & aluminum works
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office for efficient project documentation and communication
Job Description:
- Assist in Project Management & Coordination
- Liaise with Consultants on material and shop drawing submissions and approval
- Liaise with Sub-contractors/Main Contractor on work progress and schedules
- Drawings discrepancies identification
- Study and understand project specifications, drawings, and Client's requirements
- Prepares monthly reports/claims/documentation required
- Value engineering on work process and methods
