Job Requirements

  • Possess a diploma or above in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or related studies in the built environment discipline (Degree recognized by PE Board is an advantage)
  • At least 2-4 years of working experience in structural steel works, reinforced concrete works, architectural works, MEP works, roof paneling works, glass & aluminum works
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office for efficient project documentation and communication


Job Description:

  • Assist in Project Management & Coordination
  • Liaise with Consultants on material and shop drawing submissions and approval
  • Liaise with Sub-contractors/Main Contractor on work progress and schedules
  • Drawings discrepancies identification
  • Study and understand project specifications, drawings, and Client's requirements
  • Prepares monthly reports/claims/documentation required
  • Value engineering on work process and methods
