ABOUT THE JOB

Navya Systems Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Maintenance planner to join our Operations department. As the Maintenance planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure the optimal functioning of our vehicles. Your role will involve collaborating with our customers and various departments to understand the maintenance requirements and develop comprehensive maintenance plans. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing the stock of spare parts located in Singapore and Japan.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintenance planning

- Assist the fleet supervisors in troubleshooting hardware issues

- Prepare the necessary equipment and materials for maintenance operations.

- Provide technical, administrative, and logistical support during maintenance operations


Logistics

- Receive and inspect incoming supplies.

- Track and handle defective parts returned by customers, forwarding them to the relevant

teams for investigation and repair.

- Verify quantities, sort and organize inventory management for parts and equipment.

- Manage stock inventory and maintain real-time tracking using files or software.


Continuous improvement

- Communicate procurement needs to the relevant teams.

- Assist in drafting and updating logistics procedures for Customer Services.

- Contribute to lessons learned and provide suggestions for technical and organizational

improvements.


Please note that the employee's duties, upon request and based on the required skills, may

occasionally involve other areas.


REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma

• Experience in logistics and/or automotive industry would be an asset

• Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing English.


SOFT SKILLS

• Detail-oriented and versatile.

• Strong affinity for technical environments and emerging technologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
