Job Description & Requirements
- Provide overall assistance in safeguard the compliance of company product in term of country compliance, religion compliance as well as customer policy compliance.
- Provide technical support to perfumer, evaluator, and affiliates on product compliance queries.
- Ensure every project are setting up with appropriate and adequate product safety requirement.
- Responsible for the checking of all new formulas/projects to ensure that they comply to the regulatory requirement.
- Take care of halal certification of product.
- Take care of customer documents request including IFRA statement, product composition declaration, Halal and animal product declaration documents etc.
- Power user of GHS software in producing GHS compliance SDS for country where samples/products sending to.
- Manage customer policy information and customer survey.
- Keep abreast on regulation update and provide technical advice on how it affects our current products and future creations
- Work with affiliates on SRA project and topics.
- Assist the SRA Manager on any job-related assignment as and when required.
Requirements:
- Good process thinking
- Good organizing skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective presentation, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of fragrance industrial regulation is preferred
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
