Job Scope

  • You will assist with the People Policy operation work
  • Personnel Infor Creation/ Data Management on Cumulus (Workday System)
  • Create Payroll Instructions to Vital Shared Services
  • Collation and preparation of data for reports
  • Assist with the digitalisation project (digitalisation of physical p-files)
  • Posting and Maintenance of the HR announcement on the Intranet
  • Creation and Maintenance of E-Personnel Files through E-Registry
  • Completion of Surveys
  • Other Ad-hoc work that is assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Management/ Degree in Business (HR) - Fresh graduates are welcome
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a Human Resource role
  • Familiarity with HR practices, process and data management in the public sector will be an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English communication skills
  • A hands-on who is independent, self-motivated, positive and a team player who contributes to a colloborative working environment
  • Meticulous attention to details is necessary as well as the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
  • Have a mindset of continuous improvement, recommend, and explore fresh ideas that may not have been tried and tested
