Job Scope
- You will assist with the People Policy operation work
- Personnel Infor Creation/ Data Management on Cumulus (Workday System)
- Create Payroll Instructions to Vital Shared Services
- Collation and preparation of data for reports
- Assist with the digitalisation project (digitalisation of physical p-files)
- Posting and Maintenance of the HR announcement on the Intranet
- Creation and Maintenance of E-Personnel Files through E-Registry
- Completion of Surveys
- Other Ad-hoc work that is assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Management/ Degree in Business (HR) - Fresh graduates are welcome
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a Human Resource role
- Familiarity with HR practices, process and data management in the public sector will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English communication skills
- A hands-on who is independent, self-motivated, positive and a team player who contributes to a colloborative working environment
- Meticulous attention to details is necessary as well as the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Have a mindset of continuous improvement, recommend, and explore fresh ideas that may not have been tried and tested
