Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be part of the Group Corporate Finance team and will be responsible for supporting a wide range of Finance, Treasury and related functions.
Key responsibilities include supporting the Finance Manager with tasks and activities related to Corporate Finance, Treasury, Audit, Taxation and Corporate Secretarial functions.
He/She will also be involved in preparation of Management Reports and will manage relationships with external Auditors, Tax Agents, Banks and Government Agencies (like ACRA and IRAS).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. ACCA qualification will advantageous.
- 4-6 years of work experience in generalist corporate finance/audit roles
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/activities
- Good work ethics. Willingness to learn and grow. Cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and time commitments.
