About the company:
Our client is a leading AV system integrator in the region
Job Responsibilities:
- To provide timely administrative support to the respective teams / departments
- Handle incoming sales call / emails and perform sales lead administration
- Assist in creating / updating all tender submission documents
- Assist in tender bidding submission
- Preparation of maintenance contract renewal notice
- Preparation of services sales report – to track renewal
- Assistin developing marketing material
- Assist in any marketing project
- Assist to match supplier invoices with the necessary documents and entry into system
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently
