You are expected to:
- Gain an understanding of the client’s short-term and long-term business and talent needs to facilitate provision of continuous value-add solutions, service and advice.
- Source suitable, top-quality candidates to put forward to fulfill clients’ needs.
- Manage the stages of the search process ensuring the highest quality execution of client engagement.
- Lead the identification, qualification and communication with candidates during the search engagement.
You should possess the following qualities or show potential of being:
- With substantial experience in executive search and recruitment either within in-house/corporate environments or in an executive search.
- Able to communicate with senior and executive levels, consistently conduct timely, professional and responsive interactions with clients.
- Applicants with CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries Basic) preferred.
Candidate Criteria:
· Tertiary education with work experience in recruitment or human resource.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Having the determination to thrive in a results-oriented environment.
· Good time management skill to prioritize and work independently.
