Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for managing our client's corporate communication strategies which includes collaborating with media outlets and preparing media statements.
- Oversee corporate email and media accounts to promptly address media inquiries.
- Manage media assets - corporate website and social media platforms.
- Develop Company communication collaterals such as press releases, speeches, presentations, and videos.
- Prepare monthly reports and corporate news updates for Beijing headquarters.
- Ensure timely publication of quarterly corporate newsletters featuring pertinent and engaging content.
- Drive Company's CSR initiatives and special events, from planning through execution to delivery to beneficiaries.
- Prepare, review, and monitor the annual budget and expenses for Corporate Communications.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Mass Communication, Business, Marketing, or Public Relations disciplines.
- At least 5 years of marketing and communications experience.
- Demonstrates strong presentation, management, and organizational capabilities.
- Exhibits keen judgment, tact, diplomacy, and a robust team-oriented approach.
