• Handling orders follow-up for import / export shipments (both air/sea freight)
• Perform Customer service activities, attending to customers’ enquiries, complaints
• Prepare quotations when sales are not available for urgent shipments
• Working closely with Sales & operations divisions
• Co-ordination between internal offices / agents & clients for orders follow up via ocean / air import & export
• Handling of crosstrade shipments
• Doing bookings of shipments
• Preparing documentations such as permits, bill of lading, billings and pre-alert docs to agents
• Arranging Custom clearance for customers, and door delivery services
Job Requirements
• Applicants must have minimum ‘O’ Levels with Import and Export Consol experience
• Applicants must be able to communicate effectively with Chinese speaking clients and associates
• Applicants should be Singaporean / Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
